1. What services are included in the subscription packages?

NOTE: Substitutions are not allowed within the Subscription Packages. However, you may create your own custom plan.

Service frequency depends on your chosen package. For example, mowing is provided weekly during the growing season, while fertilization and weed control are scheduled at key times throughout the year.

Although we do NOT allow the Subscription Packages to have substitutions, you may add services to any package as well as create an entire custom package to meet your specific needs. If you require additional or fewer services, our team will work with you to create a package that fits your property and budget. A custom package requires a minimum of $80/mo spending to receive the perks of the Essentials Package.

 

Our residential subscription packages are offered on an annual basis. Monthly amortized payments are collected over 11 months (Jan-Nov). While a contract is required to lock in your services and pricing, any contract can be cancelled at any time for any reason. At the time of cancellation, an audit will be done to invoice or credit your account for services performed vs. amounts collected. Service pricing is available for review in the Subscription Terms of Service.

5. How much do the packages cost?

Pricing is fixed for properties up to 10,000sf based upon the Johnson County AIMS website. Pricing varies based on the size of your property above 10,000sf. Contact us for a free estimate tailored to your needs.

Yes! We offer discounts for Full Year pre-paid subscriptions and a referral program. Refer a neighbor, and you’ll both receive a discount on your next service. Contact us for details.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Monthly or annual payment plans are available for your convenience.

Scheduling and Flexibility

8. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription with 30 days’ written notice. Certain cancellation fees may apply depending on the package and services rendered. Upon a pause or cancel, an audit is performed on your account. Services performed to date of cancellation at unit pricing is calculated. This amount vs. amount paid to date will determine any additional amount due or credit to your account. Unit pricing is available in the Residential Services Terms of Service.

In cases of inclement weather, we will reschedule services at the earliest possible time to ensure your lawn and landscape continue to look their best.

 

Yes, you can request to skip a service by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Note that skipped services are not eligible for refunds unless part of a cancellation agreement.
