Commercial Snow Removal and Ice Management Contracts
24/7 storm response for HOAs, office parks, and commercial properties across Johnson County — reserved for our annual maintenance clients.
Snow is a liability event before it’s a landscaping event. A commercial property that isn’t cleared before tenants arrive is a slip-and-fall claim, a lease complaint, and a board phone call waiting to happen. Hometown Lawn provides commercial snow and ice management exclusively for our annual maintenance clients — which is exactly how we can promise 24/7 storm response. Our winter route capacity is committed to contracted properties, not first-come service calls, so when the storm hits, your property is already on the route.

Commercial snow and ice scope
- Lot and drive plowing — parking lots, drive lanes, and entrances cleared to your trigger standard
- Sidewalk and walkway crews — dedicated sidewalk crews so pedestrian routes and accessible pathways are cleared to the same standard as the lots, not after them
- Salt and de-icing — lots and walks treated to keep surfaces safe between events, including black ice and refreeze after melt
- Pre-storm anti-icing — surfaces pre-treated ahead of forecast events so ice never bonds to pavement
- Snow hauling and relocation — on large sites where accumulated piles consume parking or block sightlines, we haul and relocate
- Trigger options — zero-tolerance, 1-inch, or 2-inch service triggers, set in the contract to match your property’s risk profile
- Documented service — every visit logged through our CRM portal with GPS records and photos published to your client portal: when crews arrived, conditions, and materials applied
Why our snow service is exclusive to maintenance clients
We don’t sell snow removal as a standalone service. Winter route capacity is finite, and overselling it is how vendors end up clearing properties six hours late. Our snow routes are reserved for annual maintenance clients — the properties we already know, with site maps, trigger standards, and priorities set before the first flake. If your property is on a Hometown maintenance contract, 24/7 storm response isn’t a marketing line; it’s a scheduling fact.
Documentation that protects you after the storm
Slip-and-fall claims are won and lost on records. Every service visit is logged through our CRM portal and backed by GPS records — arrival times, site conditions, and materials applied — with photos published to your client portal. If a claim surfaces in March about a sidewalk in January, your property file answers it.
Triggers set to your risk, not our convenience
Zero-tolerance for properties where any accumulation is unacceptable — healthcare, senior living, high-traffic retail. One-inch or two-inch triggers where the traffic profile allows. The trigger is written into the contract, so there’s never a judgment-call dispute mid-storm.
One invoice, year-round — or pay per event
Three contract structures, all reserved for maintenance clients: seasonal contracts for winter budget certainty, per-push pricing where a board prefers to pay per event, and our fixed monthly bundle — lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation service, and snow removal on one consistent monthly invoice year-round. Property managers get one vendor, one number to call, and no budget surprises in February. We’ll show the math for your property every way that fits.

Your contract specifies it: zero-tolerance, 1-inch, or 2-inch triggers, matched to your property’s traffic and risk profile.
Yes — pre-storm anti-icing is available, so ice doesn’t bond to pavement during the event and cleanup is faster and safer.
Every visit is logged through our CRM portal with GPS records — arrival times, conditions, and materials applied — and photos are published to your client portal. Usable for your property file if a slip-and-fall claim arises.
Three: seasonal contracts for budget certainty, per-push pricing per event, or a fixed monthly bundle covering lawn, landscape, irrigation, and snow on one year-round invoice. We’ll price your property every way so the board can compare.
On large sites, yes — when accumulated piles consume parking or block sightlines, hauling and relocation is part of the service scope.
